Our Mission

The mission of Cub Scouts Pack 62 is to provide a positive atmosphere where the Scouts will grow and develop. Our ultimate objectives are citizenship training, character development, and physical fitness.

In Cub Scouting, a framework is provided with guidelines upon which we build. We build upon the framework by inserting fun and excitement into the learning process. Many times, the boys do not realize that they are learning anything, they are having too much fun to recognize it.

That's when we know we are "Doing Our Best!"

The Program

The Cub Scout program spans 5 years. A boy may join the program at any time during 1st thru 5th grade. He will begin his level based on his grade level.

Tiger (1st grade)

Wolves (2nd Grade)

Bears (3rd Grade)

Webelos I (4th Grade)

Webelos II (5th Grade)
